The WMR™ is designed to be simple to use. Made with advanced membrane and aluminum housing. During the whole working process, the air flows through the precision membrane module, and then enters the oil tank from the pipeline of the equipment after dehumidification. The rated dew point temperature of Wasion WMR™ is -40ºC, and the dew point temperature of -40 very important for removing the EHC fluid. moisture is extremely important.
The oil should be pre-filtered when fill to machines in operation that's the best way to control contaminations entering your lubricating system. WMR is an ideal products to meet such needs. It adopts durable gear pump and high-efficiency filter cartridge(3-stage filtration) protecting lubrication & hydraulic system away foreign contaminant.

Through the combination of dual charging agglomeration and high-efficiency water coalescence and separation technology, it can quickly remove impurities while also forming a condensation effect on tiny moisture, greatly improving the speed and precision of water removal.
The use of fully imported fully synthetic materials to coalesce and separate filter elements ensures the dehydration effect, can meet continuous large flow processing, and can operate continuously for a long time.

When the headspace of the oil tank is occupied by clean and dry air, the water molecules dissolved in the oil will gradually transfer from the saturated area to the dry area due to the principle of humidity difference. Therefore, the water in the oil will be removed by the clean and dry air that continuously enters.

The aging lube oil was heavily degraded and
particle contaminants and varnish already
formed in the lubrication system Due to the
increased friction, engineers highly
concerned about the elevating
temperature(106ºC) of thrust bearings. Also,
they found a darkened varnish stuck on the
surface of thrust bearings (See picture 1) in last
inspection during scheduled outage. To avoid
costly unscheduled trips, SECCO decided to
solve it with reliable solutions. SOLUTION
Winsonda's varnish removal unit has been
introduced and installed to the centralized
reservoir on 17th
Oct. 2016
RESULT
With 37 days operation, the temperature of
thrust bearings dropped to safety levelThe
independent test was performed by SGS and oil
analysis report indicated an excellent value
varnish potential ΔE=1.2. Customer was
pleased to have such result and placed
repeated order for another three units.
